Hi welcome to our web page we hope that you can stay over a while in Picton to enjoy the many wonders that our region has to offer. Picton is not just a ferry terminal it's the treat you have promised yourself to unwind and relax, and we have just the place for you.

Our Holiday Park is situated just 4km East of Picton (5 minutes by car) on the sunny side over looking Waikawa Bay where we have a very pleasant swimming beach and children's play area. "Skippers" restaurant and "Jolly Rodger" Wine Bar & Cafe both within walking distance. Small boat hire is just around the corner for those wishing to explore some of the coast line or enjoy a spot of fishing. Or for those a bit more adventurous Fishing charters, Eco Tours and door to door Wine Trails can be booked from our reception. We have pleasant short bush walks close by, but to experience some of the natural beauty of the Marlborough Sounds allow yourself a day to enjoy a scenic boat ride to the head of the Queen Charlotte walkway. For Active walkers you have a choice of 3-5 hour walks after which the boat will return you to Picton at the end of a perfect day.

Having grown up ourselves camping in New Zealand we feel that we have achieved a level of accommodation to suit most needs and budgets.

Reception which is open 8am to 10pm daily. For those requiring a late arrival or early check in these can easily be arranged by a phone call prior to your arrival.

As well as a nice warm Welcome you will be able to obtain information and make bookings on all activities within the Marlborough region. If we cannot help you with your request we will find someone who can. Being a member of Kiwi Holiday Parks we can arrange your forward accommodation at one of 50 plus popular destinations Nation wide.

Payment of Accounts. We have facilities to eccept Visa, Master Card, Eftpos and cash.

Mini Store located in our reception this is well stocked with all your basic needs such as bread, milk, toothpaste, etc.

Linen, Blanket and kitchen ware hire this is available from reception but is advisable to pre book at only $8.00 per bed and $5.00 per container of cooking utensils.

Cancellation Policy. Deposits are refundable less $10.00 booking fee, provided that a site or accommodation booking be cancelled with reasonable notice, before your booked arrival date. You are responsible for your dates booked and if the site/accommodation is unable to be re-let you may be charged the full booked term in the advent of an early departure or cancellation. We will make reasonable effort to re-let site/accommodation and if able to do so, then any sum paid or outstanding will be refunded less the administration fee.

4 Star Holiday Park grading has been awarded by Independent Assessments Limited when our annual assessment was completed in November 2006. This grading evaluates the whole complex and averages the total score which describes the star value for our Holiday Park.
